Lobster Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cups rotini or macaroni pasta
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3 oz O’Neill’s lobster (claws and knuckle meat preferably), drained
  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup Ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: 1 cup of red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt to taste.
  2. Add pasta and boil according to package instructions.
  3. Drain pasta and let cool.
  4. Add all other ingredients.
