Lobster Pasta Salad
- ½ cups rotini or macaroni pasta
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 oz O’Neill’s lobster (claws and knuckle meat preferably), drained
- ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup Ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: 1 cup of red pepper
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt to taste.
- Add pasta and boil according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and let cool.
- Add all other ingredients.
